These Terms are an agreement between you and Iakov Domnitski, individual entrepreneur (Georgia, identification number 305528621; legal address: 6 Otkhi Atasi Meskhi St, Block B, Apt 601, Dighomi, Saburtalo District, Tbilisi, Georgia) ("we", "us"), the provider of the Cutty app (the "App"). Your use of the App is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Apple EULA"). If these Terms and the Apple EULA conflict, these Terms apply to the extent the Apple EULA allows.
Cutty is a cloud video editor. You choose videos and photos; the App uploads them to our server, where they are transcribed and analysed with AI (including by OpenAI) to draft an edited video that you can review, change and export. AI suggestions can be wrong or incomplete; review every draft before you publish it.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App (it is rated 13+ on the App Store). If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms for you.
You need to sign in with Apple to use the App. You are responsible for activity on your device and account. You can delete your account in the App (Settings → Delete Account); see the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.
You keep all rights to the videos, photos and text you upload ("Your Content"). You give us a limited licence to store, process and transform Your Content only to provide the App to you, including sending it to the service providers listed in the Privacy Policy. We do not use Your Content for advertising, and we do not publish it.
You confirm that you have the rights to Your Content, including the consent of people who appear in it, and that it does not break the law or anyone else's rights.
Do not use the App to create or process content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, sexualises minors, harasses people or depicts real people without their consent where consent is required. Do not try to disrupt, reverse engineer or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Cutty Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold by Apple through the App Store. At launch there is one plan, billed monthly, with a 14-day free trial for new subscribers. Prices are shown in the App before you buy.
Monthly limits. Each plan includes a monthly allowance, reset at the start of each calendar month (UTC):
Fair use. "Unlimited" exports are for your own normal personal and creator use. We may limit or pause use that is automated, resold, shared across many people or far beyond normal use, and we will tell you in the App if we do.
We work to keep Cutty running, but the service is provided "as is" and may change, be interrupted or have errors. Keep your own copies of your original videos and exports.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of content, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend access if you seriously break these Terms.
We may update these Terms. We will post changes here and update the date above; for significant changes we will tell you in the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without limiting mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
